Cut the bagels in half like a sandwhich and then cut bagels into bite sized pieces
Mix onion, mayo and parmesan together for a spread to place onto the bite sized bagels!
Place all bites onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, check oven frequently!
They are done when the top is lightly browned.
5 bagels-in your fave flavor (not sweet though)
1 cup REAL Mayo
1 cup Parmesan shredded cheese
1 medium onion finely chopped
dash of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper
muffin liners.
Mix together wheat bran and buttermilk; let stand for 10 minutes
Beat together oil, egg, sugar and vanilla and add to buttermilk/bran mixture. Sift
together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into buttermilk
mixture, until just blended. Fold in raisins and spoon batter into prepared muffin
tins
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin
comes out clean.

1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2/3 cup brown sugar

Whisk together eggs, milk ,onion ,red pepper ,green pepper and mustard.Heat 10-inch
skillet to medium high heat and pour egg mixture into pan, scramble eggs till firm
and still moist,just befor the eggs are set add cheese and warm until melted
Warm pita packet in the microwave for 20 minutes, open one pita half and spoon 1/4
eggs in to shell, serve hot. serve 4
4 eggs
1/2 cup skim rmilk
1/3 cup onion chopped
1/3 cup red pepper chopped'
1/3 cup green pepper chopped
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 whole wheat pita bread shells
Halved, salsa optional
Heat margarine in a small skillet over medium heat, brake and slip egg into pan,
brake yolk if desired
When egg is set but still moist on tip, add slices of pepperoni, then turn egg over
and sprinkle with cheese, cook until cheese is melted, open bun spread with pizza
sauce and topped with cooked egg.
